However, some consumers will inevitably try to take advantage of the system. For instance, some customers may repeatedly enter their phone number into the tablet to earn rewards faster. That’s where the built-in fraud protection safeguard proves effective.

We prevent this kind of fraud by allowing our merchants to set parameters for customer data entry. For example, if a merchant specifies that phone numbers cannot be entered more than once per day, and the phone number is entered in twice or more, the merchant will be immediately notified of potential fraud occurring within the system. The pre-installed fraud protection safeguards keep our merchants from giving out unearned rewards to customers who want to game the system and ensures that the customers who do participate are truly loyal.
